摘    要:随着中国社会经济的发展,不断出现变电站位于城区和市区的情况。为了更好的评估城区变电站周边商民用建筑物的安全性,文章分析了城区变电站对周边商民用建筑物和设备设施的影响,研究了城区变电站故障电流对周边商民用接地系统的耦合干扰。建立了城区变电站故障电流耦合干扰分析模型,基于接地导体GPR(地电位升)这个重要指标,提出了耦合干扰系数概念。定量分析探讨了影响耦合干扰系数的主要参数、因素及其变化规律,给出了城区变电站和商民用建筑物接地系统安全评估和分析的建议流程。最后基于BP神经网络建立了耦合干扰系数计算模型,从而设计者可以基于现场实际情况快速得到商民用建筑物受到的耦合干扰具体数值。研究成果为城区变电站周边商民用建筑物的安全防护和评估提供了理论依据和工程指导。

Abstract:With the development of China’s social economy, there are more substations located in urban areas. In order to better evaluate the safety of commercial and civil buildings around the urban substation, this paper analyzes the influence of the urban substation on the surrounding commercial and civil buildings and equipment facilities, and studies the coupling interference of the fault current of the urban substation on the surrounding commercial and civil grounding system. The fault current coupling interference analysis model of urban substation is established and based on the important index of ground conductor GPR (ground potential rise), the concept of coupling interference coefficient is proposed. This paper discusses the main parameters, factors and their changing rules that affect the coupling interference coefficient quantitatively, and gives the recommended flow of safety assessment and analysis for the urban substation and the commercial and civil building grounding system. Finally, a coupling interference level calculation model is established based on BP neural network, so that the coupling interference level can be quickly obtained based on the actual situation in the field. The research results provide theoretical basis and engineering guidance for the design of the grounding system in the urban substation and the safety protection of the commercial and civil buildings surrounding the substation.
