分子印迹TiO2的制备及性能研究

摘    要:以水杨酸为模板分子制备了分子印迹纳米TiO2材料,对分子印迹前后的纳米材料降解水杨酸的催化活性进行测定,并用SEM,BET和UV-Vis等对其微观结构及形貌特征进行表征。由实验结果分析可得,分子印迹改性对纳米TiO2粉体的催化性能有显著影响。分子印迹TiO2紫外光下催化降解水杨酸溶液,180 min脱色率达到97%以上。在苯甲酸、水杨酸混合液中进行光催化降解,分子印迹TiO2优先降解水杨酸,选择因子达到2.37。因而分子印迹改性有效地改善了TiO2的催化效率和降解的选择性。

Abstract:In this study, molecularly imprinted nano TiO2 materials were prepared by employing salicylic acid as template. The catalytic activity of nano materials prepared were tested, and the microstructure and morphology characteristics were characterized by SEM, BET and UV-Vis etc. According to the experimental results, the molecular imprinting modification has a significant influence on the photocatalytic activity of nano TiO2 powders. The photocatalytic degradation rate of salicylic acid under UV light by molecular imprinted TiO2 can reach above 97% in 180 minutes. In the mixture of benzoic acid and salicylic acid, salicylic acid is preferentially degraded by molecular imprinted TiO2, and the selectivity factor reaches 2.37. Thus, the molecular imprinting can effectively improve the catalytic efficiency and the selectivity of degradation.
