孤岛工作面窄煤柱留设宽度的研究

摘    要:以王村煤矿13503工作面为工程背景,用理论计算、FLAC数值模拟和井下工程试验相结合的方法,研究了不同煤柱宽度对沿空留巷煤柱稳定性及掘巷巷道围岩变形的影响,确定了13503孤岛工作面留设窄煤柱的可行性,提出在内应力场中留小煤柱的掘巷方式较为理想,掘进时不会引起支承压力和煤体力学状态的明显变化,窄煤柱留设宽度在10~12 m时,巷道的变形量较小且处于低应力区,为此类条件的煤矿提供参考。

Abstract:Taking the 13503 working face of wangcun coal mine as the engineering background,through the combination of theoretical calculation,FLAC numerical simulation and downhole engineering test,the influence of different coal pillar width on the stability of coal pillar left along gob and surrounding rock deformation of roadway was studied,and the feasibility of setting narrow coal pillar on 13503 isolated island working face was determined.It is proposed that the roadway with small coal pillar in the internal stress field is ideal and it will not cause obvious changes of supporting pressure and mechanical state of coal body during tunneling.When the width of narrow coal pillar is set at 10~12 m,the roadway deformation is small and is in a low stress area,which can provide references for this kind of coals.
