基于燃烧处理的多晶硅循环生产综合利用方法

针对多晶硅生产处理废料的环保间题,提出了采用燃烧干法的综合应用方法.该方法技术先进、产品质量定位高,不仅实现氯化物的零排放和回收利用,而且能够回收余热,用水量少,具有资源消耗低、环境保护好的特点,其工程应用在国内尚属首次,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益.

Integrated Utilization Methods for Cycled Polysilicon Production Based on Burning Process
