| 摘 要： | 气瓶堵头是实现气瓶安全储存气体的重要部件,小的预紧力不能满足安全使用气瓶的需求;过大的预紧力也经常致使堵头变形、拧断等现象发生。本文从安全角度出发,通过受力分析给出了气瓶堵头螺纹连接的最大预紧力、最小预紧力和适当预紧力的计算方法,并结合实践,给出了拧紧力矩的计算方法。本文还分析了在气瓶检测实际中利用45钢代替不锈钢制作堵头的利弊,为安全使用气瓶和气瓶检测提供重要的数值依据。
