| 摘 要： | 本文主要介绍地理信息系统(GIS)技术在应急处理中的应用,并探讨如何利用GIS丰富的表现力同计算机网络技术和大型数据库等在内的一些新技术有机的结合起来,为突发事件应急指挥提供辅助决策,使之更好的为公共安全事业服务。以系统科学理论为指导,综合运用信息学、计算机科学等多学科知识,应用GIS理论和方法,通过对系统目标与任务、城市安全评价、危险源分析,进行了应急处理系统的结构与功能设计。

| Abstract: | This thesis introduced the application of GIS(geographic information system)in the field of emergency disposal.The method of how to integrate the abundant expressive force of GIS with the other technologies were studied,including network technology,large-scale database technology etc,which will help decision-making in the emergency situation.Guided by GIS theory,various Subject-intellectual knowledge was comprehensively applied in the paper,such as information science,computer science and so on.The structure and function of Emergency Disposal System was designed by analyzing the object and mission of the system,estimating of the city security and the analysis of hazard. |
