旅客行李对高速客车车厢火源热释放速率的影响研究

摘    要:为了得到考虑旅客行李影响情况下的高速客车车厢火源热释放速率的合理取值范围,以CRH1型动车组二等座车厢为例,以锥型量热仪和大型量热仪测定的高速客车车体内材料和行李的燃烧性能为输入参数,运用FDS软件模拟9种火灾场景下车厢的火源热释放速率随时间的变化规律,分析行李重量对车厢火源热释放速率的影响。研究结果表明:旅客行李对高速客车车厢火源热释放速率的影响是与通风条件协同作用的结果;在车门与车窗关闭条件下,旅客行李对于火源热释放速率的贡献值基本可忽略;在车门开启与车窗关闭条件下,旅客人均携带10kg和20kg行李时,行李对车厢火源热释放速率的贡献值为0.24MW和0.6MW,贡献率为5%和11%;在车门与逃生车窗开启条件下,旅客人均携带10kg和20kg行李时,行李对车厢火源热释放速率的贡献值分别为1.3MW和3.8MW,贡献率分别为7%和21%。

Abstract:In order to get the reasonable range of heat release rate in the high-speed passenger train compartment under the influence of passenger baggage, the FDS software was used to simulate variation law of heat release rate VS. time in the train compartment in nine kinds of fire scenarios, and the influence by the weight of passenger baggage on heat release rate was analyzed. During the simulating process, the second-class passenger train compartment of CRH1 was taken as an example, and the parameters of combustion performance of materials and baggage in the train compartment, measured by the cone calorimeter and large calorimeter, were used as the the input data. The simulation results showed that the influence of passenger baggage on heat release rate in the high-speed passenger train compartment is synergistic with ventilation conditions; train compartment, the baggage contribution to heat release rate and the windows is closed, in the conditions of lOkg and 20kg when all the doors and is essentially negligible; windows are open in the when the doors are open baggage per capita, the baggage contribution to heat release rate are 0. 24MW and 0. 6MW, and the contribution rates are 5% and 11% respectivel and emergency windows is open, in the conditions of 10kg and 20kg baggage per capita, the y; when all the doors baggage contribution to heat release rate are 1.3MW and 3.8MW, and the contribution rates are 7% and 21% respectively.
