武器装备危险源辨识与风险分析方法研究

由于武器装备具有高能量、高毒性和强破坏性等特性,一旦发生事故,损失和危害极大。世界各国都极为重视武器装备的系统安全性,开展安全性工作。为确保人不受到伤害,物不受到损失,环境不受到破坏,文章结合工作实践,对武器装备科研、生产和操作过程中的“危险分析、风险评估和风险控制”有关方法进行了探索和研究。

The research on distinguishing the hazard source of weapon equipment and the methods of risk controlling

Weapon equipment have many distinction,especially high energy,strong poisonous and strong destruction etc.Once an incident happens,great loss and damage will be caused.Today worldwide nations pay more attention to the safety of weapon equipment system,and a series of safety work has been done.To avoid harm of person,losses of property and destruction of environment,based on working practice,this paper mode a relevant research on the hazard analysing,risk evaluating and controlling during the process of scientific research,manufacture and manipulation of weapon equipment.
