摘    要:针对矿井通风优化评价指标体系,在专家评分的基础上,采用拉开档次法确定指标体系权重。综合矿井通风优化评价模型理论,建立以技术、经济、抗灾和管理等4个方面为准则层,以通风方式合理性、通风网络布局合理性和通风巷道阻力合理性等20项为指标层的指标体系,通过各指标大小及其排序明确矿井通风优化工作重点,为决策者进行优化工作提供的参考依据。计算结果表明,在指标层方面,权重值最大的指标是通风网络布局合理性,其次是通风巷井工程费;在准则层方面,技术可靠性指标共有4项指标排名前十,比重为31.7%,管理性指标总体比重为16.8%。综上所述,经济性与技术性指标是矿井通风优化及控制的研究重点。其中,通风网络布局合理性、通风巷井工程费、通风巷道阻力合理性和吨煤通风电费等4项指标是研究重点的主要方面。

Abstract:As for evaluation index system of mine ventilation optimization,on the basis of the experts' scores,the weight of indicator system was determined by scatter degree method.Combined with the theory of evaluation model in mine ventilation optimization,the index system was established which contained four rule layer factors,such as technology,economic,anti-disaster and management,and it included twenty index layer indicators,such as rationality of ventilation mode,rationality of ventilation network,and reasonability of air resistance.And then the work focus was cleared by the order of each index in optimization of mine ventilation.The results showed that in the index layer,rationality layout of the ventilation network was the largest weight indicator,followed by cost of ventilation lane engineering.In the rule layer,there were four indicators of the top ten in rule layer of technical reliability,its proportion was 31.7%,while the percentage of management indicators was 16.8 totally.In a word,economic and technical indicators were the research emphasis in mine ventilation optimization and control.Besides,rationality of the ventilation network,cost of ventilation lane engineering,reasonability of air resistance and electricity fee per ton coal were four indicators which were the main aspects in research emphasis.
