| 摘 要： | 在网络与信息技术飞速发展的现代化生产过程中，安全管理工作面临更严峻的挑战，需要依靠计算机与信息技术，发展可靠、高效、便捷的系统化方法。本文对目前应用在高危场合的基于GIS的辅助决策技术和基于网络技术的安全管理预警系统进行了分析和说明，介绍了计算机技术在高风险管理、灾害预警和应急决策指挥等方面的应用情况。

| Abstract: | In the rapid development modernized production process of network and infonnation technology, the safety control work faces with a more stem challenge. With computer and information technology, we can develop reliably, highly effective, and convenient systematized methods. This article analyzed the present auxiliary dicision based on the GIS applied in high-risk situation and the safety control forewarning system based on the networking technology, and introduced the application situations of computer technology in high risk management, disaster forewarning and emergency dicision. |
