摘    要:随着天然气管道逐渐被纳入综合管廊,天然气舱的安全运营引起广泛关注,但目前针对天然气舱及设备间等场所进行危险区域详细划分,以及事故发生后的现场气体监测设备布置,尚缺少相应的标准和设计规范。因此,从爆炸性气体区域划分、危险气体泄漏量及持续时间、通风效果等方面进行计算和分析,提出天然气舱和设备间的危险区域划分依据;在设备间设置为安全区域的前提下,提出一种本质安全兼隔爆型监控系统的设计思路,进而实现天然气舱内气体的可靠连续监测,为事故发生后的监测提供技术支持。

Abstract:As the natural gas pipelines have been integrated into the utility tunnel gradually, the safe operation of natural gas compartment has drawn much attention. However, the standards and design specifications about the detailed division of hazardous areas aiming at the natural gas compartment, equipment room and other places were lacking, as well as those about the layout of on-site gas monitoring equipments after the occurrence of accident. So the division of explosive gas areas, the leakage amount and duration time of hazardous gas, and the ventilation effect were calculated and analyzed, then the basis for the division of hazardous areas in the natural gas compartment and equipment room were put forward. On the premise that the equipment room was set as the safe area, the design ideas of an intrinsic safety and explosion-proof monitoring system were proposed, so as to realize the reliable and continuous monitoring of gas in the natural gas compartment finally, and provide the technical support for the monitoring after the occurrence of accident.
