油田CO2驱注采井缓蚀剂防腐性能评价*

摘    要:为应对CO2驱油过程中油井管材腐蚀严重、管线穿孔、破损现象,为油田优选缓蚀剂刻不容缓,针对油田某CO2驱注采井不同注采周期分析其井筒温度压力场,通过对现场使用的缓蚀剂A,开展缓蚀剂的室内评价,预测全井段管柱腐蚀速率,计算油管柱剩余强度和油管柱安全系数,评价该井不同工况条件下的腐蚀失效周期,综合评价缓蚀剂防腐效果。结果表明:添加缓蚀剂后,油管安全生产周期明显延长,腐蚀速率控制在工程设计允值之内,该方法能有效评价缓蚀剂的应用效果,为现场缓蚀剂选择及管柱强度安全校核提供思路。

Abstract:In order to deal with the serious corrosion of oil well tubing,pipeline perforation and damage during the CO2 flooding process,it is imperative to optimize the corrosion inhibitor selection for the oilfield.Aiming at different injection production cycles of a CO2 flooding injection production well in the oilfield,its wellbore temperature and pressure fields were analyzed.The indoor evaluation of corrosion inhibitor was carried out on the field applied corrosion inhibitor A,and the corrosion rate of pipe string on the whole well section was predicted.The remaining strength and safety factor of the tubing string were calculated,and the corrosion failure cycles of the well under different working conditions were evaluated,so as to comprehensively evaluate the corrosion inhibition effect of corrosion inhibitor.The results showed that after adding corrosion inhibitor,the work safety cycle of tubing was significantly prolonged,and the corrosion rate was controlled within the engineering design allowable value.This method can effectively evaluate the application effect of corrosion inhibitors,and provide ideas for the selection of on site corrosion inhibitor and safety check of pipe string strength.
