摘    要:安全完整性等级的确定是开发和设计安全相关系统的前提和基础。为避免因方法选择不当而导致安全完整性等级确定不恰当的问题,针对常用的后果法、风险矩阵法、改进的HAZOP法、风险图法、保护层分析法和定量分析法进行了对比研究。在阐述和分析安全完整性等级内涵及其确定原理的基础上,根据每种方法自身的特点,从准确性、可量化性、工作量和运用的难易程度等方面对其进行了对比和研究,并分析和探讨了选择安全完整性等级确定方法时应重点考虑的因素。研究结果对合理选择安全完整性等级确定方法具有一定的实用价值和借鉴意义。

Comparative study on determining methods for safety integrity level of safety system

Abstract:The paper intended to make a comparative study on the commonly used determination methods for safety integrity level (SIL) of safety related system. As it is known that the determination of safety integrity level is the basis and premise for designing safety related system, in order to avoid the inaccuracy of SIL due to improper selec- tion of SIL determination methods, the commonly-used methods for SIL determination were comparatively studied, including consequence-only, risk matrix, modified HAZOP ( Hazard and Operability Study), risk graph, LOPA (Layer of Protection Analysis) and quantitative analysis methods. Firstly, the concept and classification of SIL were described as well as its determination principle. Then these methods were compared and studied in terms of accuracy, quantification, work and difficulty in using according to the risk-based principle, and meanwhile, the factors considered during the selection of SIL determination methods were analyzed and discussed. The gained re- suits are of certain application value and reference significance.
