| Abstract: | In this paper the concept,function and development steps of digital emergency plan were summarized. Three development stages of digital emergency plan in China were analyzed,including electronization,visualization and intelligentization. The current status,development trend and three typical cases of digital emergency plan both at home and abroad were analyzed in order to make useful discussions for development of digital emergency plan in our state. |
