新能源接纳能力日前评估方法及应用

摘    要:针对宁夏电网新能源发展现状及新能源调度面临的问题,分析了新能源接纳能力对新能源调度的重要作用。通过拓展安全约束经济调度(SCED)模型的应用,提出了一种分区域评估主要新能源接入地区和电网日前新能源接纳能力的方法。应用结果表明:在新能源无法全额消纳的情况下,该方法能够有效避免新能源限电过程中产生的厂网矛盾,提高日前调度计划的实用性及可靠性,为电网的安全稳定运行提供可靠保障。

Abstract:Aiming at the development status quo and the problem of dispatch of new energy powergeneration,analyzes the important role of new energy power generation on scheduling. By expandingapplication of the security constrained economic dispatch(SCED)model,puts forward the methodto evaluating the main acceptance area and acceptance ability of new energy. The application resultshows that under the condition of the new energy can not be accepted in full,the method can avoidthe illogicality to take place between wind generating plant and power grid in the process of powerrationing,increase practicability and reliability of a day-ahead scheduling plan,provide credibilityfor power grid safe and stable operation.
