风电场升压站母线保护存在的问题及解决方案

摘    要:针对已投运的风电场汇流母线在母线保护中存在的问题,通过对常规母线保护算法和小电流接地系统接地方式的改进,提出基于分布式保护的中低压母线保护改造方案。应用结果表明:不仅解决小电流接地系统单相接地故障灵敏度不足的问题,同时其改造费用和改造时间得到大幅缩减。

Abstract:In bus protection improvement,Aiming at the problem of bus line in commissioned windfarm,by the improvement of the conventional bus protection algorithm and grounding mode of thesmall current grounding system,puts forward improvement schemes of medium and low voltage busbar protection based on distributed protection. The application result shows that the scheme not onlysolve the problem of insufficient sensitivity of single -phase grounding fault in small currentgrounding system,but also greatly reduces improvement cost and time.
