| 摘 要： | 针对多元化缴费终端常见故障进行分析,找出原因并提出改进措施。改进结果表明: 多元化缴费终端的使用率和完好率得到显著提升,节约了运维成本,提高了客户对新型缴费方式的认知度和满意率。

| Abstract: | Analzes the common faults existing in diversified payment terminal,finds out the causesand puts forward improvement measures. The improvement result shows that the use ratio and intactrate of diversified payment terminal are improved significantly,saves the cost of operation andmaintenance,improves the awareness and satisfaction of customer for new payment mode. |
