| 摘 要： | 加入WTO ,科技期刊将面临来自国际上在稿源、读者、销售市场等方面的激烈竞争。为了摆脱《地壳形变与地震》所处之困境 ,使其成为竞争中的强者 ,提出了在提高期刊内外在质量方面的一些想法和初步对策 ,并在实践中已取得了一定的效果
