摘    要:传统的计量周转柜由于硬件设施和相关业务应用系统没有形成统一的接入标准和规范,无法进行统一监控和实时分析,导致计量周转柜的实际管理水平与日益提升的管理要求存在着一定的差距,在一定程度。上制约了国家电网公司集约化、标准化管理的发展目标。通过开发新的计量周转柜应用程序并与计量服务总线建立连接,进一步规范各省公司计量周转柜的建设与管理工作,实现与计量生产调度平台、营销业务应用等相关业务系统的数据对接。

Abstract:No uniform access standards and specifications were developed for the metrological swingspace hardware facilities and related business application systems. The lack of unified monitoring andreal-time analysis leads to the gap between the actual management level and the increasing manage-ment requirements of the metered revolving cabinet, which restricts the development goal of intensiveand standardized management of the State Grid Corporation to a certain extent. Through the develop-ment of new meterage revolving cabinet application program and the connection with the meterageservice bus, further standardize the construction and management of meterage revolving cabinet, real-ize the data connection with the measurement production scheduling platform, marketing business ap-plication and other related business systems of each province company.
