售电公司电动汽车用户电价引导策略研究

摘    要:售电公司作为我国新一轮售电侧改革后的新兴市场主体,可以起到增强电力市场竞争,促进资源合理配置的作用。考虑到电动汽车数量飞速增长的趋势,针对电力现货市场电价波动给售电公司带来损失的问题,从增加售电公司利润、降低电动汽车充电成本角度出发,提出了一种面向电动汽车用户的售电公司电价制定策略,并利用收益比例分成的方法增加用户的响应度,最后运用粒子群优化算法对建立的模型进行求解。结果表明:本文提出的策略能够有效地对电动汽车充电行为进行引导,一定程度上提高售电公司利润,降低电动汽车平均充电成本。

Abstract:As the emerging market member after China''s electricity market sale-side reform, elec-tricity sales company can play a role in enhancing competition in the electricity market and promotingrational allocation of resources.Considering the trend of rapid growth in the number of electric vehi-cles and aiming at the loss of electricity sales company due to fluctuations in electricity prices in thespot electricity market, a pricing strategy is presented from the perspective of increasing the profit ofelectricity retailers and reducing the charging cost of electric vehicles. Then, using a method of divid-ing the proportion of revenue with users to increase their responsiveness. Finally, the PSO is used toget the solution for the built model. The results show that the proposed pricing strategy can effectivelyguide the charging behavior of electric vehicles, to a certain extent, increase the profit of sales compa-nies, and reduce the average charging cost of electric vehicles.
