X射线成像系统辅助设备的研发与应用

摘    要:由于垂直布置的 GIS 设备、罐式断路器及瓷柱式断路器等开关类设备安装位置较高, 现有 X 射线成像系统自带辅助装置在高度和角度上不能满足现场 X 射线成像检测需求。本文开发了一种高度、角度可调的移动式 X 射线成像系统辅助设备,并成功应用于 330 kV 瓷柱式断路器 X 射线成像检测中。应用结果表明:该装置不仅提高了 X 射线成像检测的效率,而且保证了试验人员安全性,为 X 射线成像检测技术的推广应用提供了帮助。

Abstract:Because the installation position of vertical layout switching equipments including GIS(gas insulated switch gear) equipment,tank circuit -breaker and live tank circuit -breaker arehigher,the function at height and angle of the X-ray imaging system equipment cannot meet theimaging inspection requirements. The paper developes a height and angle adjustable and mobile Xray imaging auxiliary equipment,and successfully applies to X-ray imaging inspection of 330 kVlive tank circuit -breaker. The application result shows that the device not only improves theefficiency of x-ray imaging inspection,but also ensures the safety of test staff,provides help for theapplication and popularization of X-ray imaging inspection technology.
