换流阀冷却水系统在线化学仪表误差分析

摘    要:针对±660 kV 换流站换流阀在线化学仪表误差问题,对在线 pH 表、电导率表、溶解氧表的测量原理进行分析,找出影响在线化学仪表准确性的主要误差来源,提出消除或减小误差的改进措施。应用结果表明:改进措施提高了在线化学仪表的准确性,保证了冷却水水质的真实值控制在合格的范围内。

Abstract:Aiming at the error problem of on-line chemical instrument of converter valve in ±660kV converter station,analyzes the measurement principle of on -line pH analyzer,conductivityanalyzer and dissolved oxygen analyzer,finds out the main error source influencing the accuracy ofon-line chemical instrument,puts forward the improvement measure for reducing or eliminating theerror. The application result shows that the improvement measure promotes the accuracy of on-linechemical instrument,ensures the qualified true value of cooling water.
