电能表自动化检定系统监控功能的完善

针对电能表自动化检定系统工作过程中的异常现象,通过对其产生原因和影响因素的分析,提出了采用增加触点检测、温度监测、各工位信息实时集中监控的方法对监控功能进行完善。应用结果表明:改进方法实现了对各检定工位的实时监控,系统异常现象减少,合格率得到了提升,保证了检定系统的高效稳定运行。

Perfection of monitoring function for watt -hour meter automatic verification system

Aiming at the abnormality in the working process of watt -hour meter automaticverification system, analyzes the reason, and puts forward the method of perfecting the monitoringfunction, such as through increase the connection test and temperature monitoring, real -time information of each station centralized monitoring. The application result shows that: the improvingmethod realizes real-time monitoring for each test station, reduces the system abnormality, raisespercent of pass, ensures the verification system efficient and stable operation.
