北京市水体污染的经济损失评估

对北京市水体污染所导致的人体健康损失、地下水污染功能损失、农作物损失、畜牧渔业损失和工业损失等进行了量化评估。研究结果表明:北京市2002年水污染的总经济损失值为4．049亿元,其中工业损失价值为2．941亿元,占总经济损失值的73%,而人体健康损失、地下水污染功能损失、农作物损失和畜牧渔业损失共为1．108亿元,占总体经济损失值的27%,其中,人体健康损失和农作物的损失分别为4529．7和4570．1万元,由水污染导致的畜牧渔业经济损失值达1511．7万元,因此,北京市水体污染导致的经济损失是惊人的,必须采取有效措施加以控制。

Evaluation of economic loss by water pollution in Beijing

This paper analyzed the various impacts of the water pollution on human health,groundwater,crops, stockbreeding,aquiculture and industry since the quality of water in Beijing has been degraded increasingly. Through evaluation of the loss by these impacts,it is found that the total economic loss resulting from water contam- ination reached 4.049 hundred million Yuan RMB,with the largest loss 2.941 hundred million(73% of the total loss)in industry and the other loss 1.108 hundred million(27% of the total loss)including in human health, groundwater,crops,stockbreeding and aquicuhure.Among them,the losses in human health,crops,and stock- breeding-aquiculture are 45.297 million ,45.701 million and 15.117 million Yuan respectively.This explained that enormous loss from serious water pollution occurred in Beijing and effective controlling measures should be taken ur- gently.
