| Abstract: | With the development of society, The appraisal standard in destruction degree of disaster damage to society has upgraded gradually. The appraisal standard is concerned with the damage to not only the matter but also the soul. Psychological hurt and ethical scar are important problems that the society will confront with after disaster happens. Their cause and therapy are important projects that our institution appraisal system will study and perfect. |
