| Abstract: | The difficulties in an earthquake insurance management are discribed by researching
on contradictions between laws of earthquake disaster and characteristics of insurance
management.Some of the main points on a new and relatively resonable earthquake in-
surance system are suggested through the analysis about the shortcomings of the current
earthquake insurance institution. |
