自然灾害的模糊识别模型及其应用

摘    要:自然灾害是各种模糊因素综合作用的结果,模糊集理论与方法是评价自然灾害的重要手段。本文提出应用模糊识别模型进行自然灾害评价,以洪水灾害为例,将模糊识别结果同灰色关联度模型的评价结果进行了分析比较,结果表明,模糊识别结果比灰色关联度模型结果更客观、更符合实际。

Abstract:Natural calamity is a comprehensive result of many fuzzy facts, and fuzzy theory and method are powerful tool to assess natural calamity. This paper suggests using fuzzy recognition model to assess natural calamity, and takes flood calamity as an example. The result is compared with that of grey relating degree model, and the conclusion is that the result of fuzzy recognition is more objective and reliable.
