| 摘 要： | 本文以2000多年的历史资料为基础,对四川城市水灾的规律进行了考察分析,认为有着明显的特征。即普遍性、周期性、季节性和区域性。并指出上述特征对于防洪减灾工作的有利条件和不利影响。

| Abstract: | Based on the historical data in the two thousand years,the law of urban flood of Sichuan province is analysed.It is found that there exists obvious features,that is generality,periodicity,seasonality, regional character, which have advantage and disadvantage for flood control and disaster reduction. |
