| 摘 要： | 本文对天津市大气环境质量现状进行了系统分析，论述了大气污染特征及导致大气污染的原因。从综合防治煤烟型污染、解决风沙尘侵袭、加强城市建设管理三大方面，提出了改善天津市大气污染的对策和具体措施。

| Abstract: | Based on systematic analysis of current air environment quality of Tianjin, the characteristics of air pollution and its causes are described It is pointed in the paper that, to control and prevent air pollution in Tianjin, three countermeasures should be taken, namely integrated prevention and control of coal smoke pollution, resolving the invasion of sand dust wind and strengthening the management of urban construction |
