催化超临界水氧化法去除焦化废水中的氨氮

摘    要:采用催化超临界水氧化技术处理焦化废水.实验结果表明:升高反应温度、增加反应压力、延长反应时间可提高废水中氨氮去除率;在反应时间为60 s、反应压力为30 MPa、反应温度为460℃的最佳实验条件下,未加入催化剂时的氨氮去除率为53.7%,加入催化剂后,氨氮去除率大幅提高,以MnO2为催化剂时氨氮去除率为86.9%,以CuSO4为催化剂时氨氮去除率为92.4%.

Abstract:Coking wastewater was treated by catalytic supercritical water oxidation process.The experimental results show that:The removal rate of NH3-N in the wastewater can be increased by increasing the reaction temperature and the reaction pressure or extending the reaction time;Under the optimum conditions of reaction time 60 s,reaction pressure 30 MPa and reaction temperature 460 ℃,the NH3-N removal rate without catalyst is 53.7%;With the addition of catalyst MnO2 or CuSO4,the NH3-N removal rate is increased greatly,which is 86.9% and 92.4% respectively.
