Recovery of Methanol Contained in the Gas from Methanol Separator in Co-Production of Methanol and Synthetic Ammonia

A recovery unit has been set up after the methanol separator to recover the methanol contained in the gas from the separator for synthesis of ammonia in the co-production of methanol and synthetic ammonia. The recovery rate of methanol came up to 87.5% and the content of methanol in the wastewater discharged into the drainage system was also obviously cut down, resulting in reducing environmental pollution and gaining better economic benefit.
