摘    要:采用GC-MS法分析好氧颗粒污泥降解黄连素的产物。实验结果表明,经过360min的反应黄连素被分解为6-甲氧苯并二氢呋喃-7-醇-3-酮、2,5-二甲氧基苯甲醛、4-烯丙基-5-氨基-藜芦醚、2,4-二羟基-6-甲基-1,3-间苯二甲醛、3,4-亚甲基二氧苯基丙酮酸、1,3-二噁唑并(4,5-g)异喹啉-5(6H)-酮,7,8-二氢。

Abstract:The products in berberine degradation with aerobic granular sludge were analyzed by GC-MS. The results show that after reaction for 360 min,berberine is degraded into 6 compounds:6-methoxycoumaran-7-o1-3-one,2,5-dimethoxy-benzaldehyde,4-allyl-5-amino veratrole,2,4-dihydroxy-6-methyl-1,3-benzenedicarboxaldehyde,3,4-methylenedioxyphenylpyruvic acid,1,3-dioxolo(4,5-g)isoquinolin-5(6H)-one,7,8-dihydro.
