湿法冶锌废渣中有价金属回收研究进展

摘    要:综述了电化学法、沉淀法、吸附法、离子交换法、浮选法和液膜分离法等在分离回收湿法冶锌废渣中有价金属及相关领域的研究进展,阐述了吸附法和液膜分离法的原理,指出了湿法冶锌废渣中有价金属回收的研究方向:吸附法拥有巨大的潜力,是今后的研究重点;离子交换法的研究热点是开发新型树脂基体;液膜分离法的研究方向一是提升液膜稳定性,二是研发能够高效单一分离有价金属的载体。

Abstract:The research progresses on methods for valuable metal recovery from residue in zinc hydrometallurg and related fields are summarized,such as:electrochemistry method,precipitation method,adsorption method,ion exchange method,flotation method,liquid membrane separation method and so on. The principles of adsorption method and liquid membrane separation method are explained,and directions for further research on valuable metals recovery from zinc residue are pointed out as follows:Adsorption method has great application potentiality and must be the research emphasis in the future;The development of new resin matrix is the research focus of ion-exchange method;One of the research direction of liquid membrane separation method is to improve the stability of liquid membrane,another is to develop new carrier which can separate valuable metal efficiently and exclusively.
