| Abstract: | The Cleaner Production Regulations of Taiyuan City,the first one in China,is analyzed in the light of the necessity of cleaner production legislation,the implication of cleaner production, voluntary action and compulsory action,main bodies of legal relationship,and the management mechanism of implementing cleaner production in enterprises.The implementation of the regulations is discussed. |
