摘    要:采用一种自主研制的新型吸附剂KL-As01及其专用活化剂KL-AsH1深度去除某钨冶炼企业焙烧尾气碱洗废水和外排混合废水中的砷。在小试、中试研究的基础上,进一步设计了400 m~3/d外排混合废水的处理工艺路线。结果表明,废水经KL-As01吸附剂和KL-AsH1活化剂协同处理后,出水中砷质量浓度小于0.1 mg/L,满足GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》中总砷的排放指标,估算运行成本为5.86元/t。该方法具有处理工艺简单、处理结果稳定、设备占地面积小、易操作、处理成本较低等优点,具有良好的发展和应用前景。

Abstract:Arsenic in the alkali washing wastewater from roasting off-gas and the mixed drainage wastewater of a tungsten smelting enterprise was removed by self-developed adsorbent KL-As01 and its special activator KL-AsH1. Based on the small and pilot scale tests,a process route for treatment of 400 m3/d mixed drainage wastewater was designed. The results showed that after synergetic treatment with adsorbent KL-As01 and activator KL-AsH1,the mass concentration of arsenic in the effluent was reduced to less than 0.1 mg/L,which met the total arsenic emission indicators in national standard GB 8978-1996. The operation cost was estimated at 5.86 yuan/t. With advantages such as simple processing technique,stable treatment effect,little occupied area,simple operating and low processing cost,this treatment method has good prospect of development and application.
