摘    要:采用有机合成法制备了类过氧化物酶(Fe-TAML)催化剂。利用制备的Fe-TAML催化H_2O_2脱除烟气中的Hg~0,考察了影响Hg~0去除率的多种因素。实验结果表明:在Fe-TAML催化剂用量为0.08 g/L、H_2O_2浓度为0.035mol/L、溶液pH为9、反应温度为40℃、烟气中Hg~0质量浓度为101.00μg/m3的条件下,反应30 min的平均Hg~0去除率可达71.50%。以甲醇作为HO·的淬灭剂开展了淬灭实验,结合产物分析,推测了Hg~0的去除机理。

Abstract:A peroxidase-like catalyst(Fe-TAML)was prepared by organic synthesis method. The catalyst was used in removal of Hg0 from flue gas and the effects on Hg0 removal rate were investigated. The experimental results showed that the average Hg0 removal rate reached 71.50% under the conditions of catalyst Fe-TAML amount 0.08 g/L,H2O2 concentration 0.035 mol/L,solution pH 9,reaction temperature 40 ℃,mass concentration of Hg0 in flue gas 101.00 μg/m3 and reaction time 30 min. Quencher experiments were carried out with methanol used as quencher. Reaction mechanism was speculated though the results of products analysis.
