| Abstract: | The atmospheric environment law is developed with the change of the atmospheric environment.In this article,by analyzing legislative states of atmospheric environment of the United States,Japan,China and some other countries in recent years,five main trends in the atmospheric environment legislation are summarized. These trends show that people's comprehending in prevention and control on atmospheric pollution is deepening. People's concepts on pollution legal have changed. |
