摘    要:介绍了国内百万超临界机组电除尘器灰斗积灰以及浓相气力输送系统输灰管道不畅的原因。针对其较严重的故障给出了具体详尽的解决方案,并给出了如何来避免此类故障发生的各种应对措施,以及在监视巡检中应掌握的措施,为百万火力发电机组的运行实践提供参考。

Abstract:The condition of a domestic million ultra-supercritical thermal power generation units ESP ash bucket fouling,as well as the dense phase pneumatic conveying system pipelines blockage were introduced.The reasons caused the above problems were discussed.In view of the serious typical faults,specific and detailed solutions were given on how to avoid such failures occurred in a variety of coping countermeasures,as well as measures during monitoring and inspection,which was worth learning from in actual operation of millions altru-supercritical thermal power generating units operation.
