| Abstract: | The way of how to detect boiler slight leakage exactly is found by making use of helium mass spectrometer through example.This method of chase leaks is more safety,economical and operable than conventional leak checking measures under certain pressure.It is an innovation of both new apparatus application and leakage detecting measures,which is valuable to use and spread in a certain scale. |
