摘    要:随着我国环保标准的提高,电厂烟气脱硫系统取消旁路成了大势所趋。介绍了燃煤电厂无旁路烟气脱硫系统的设计与调试方案,阐述了无旁路脱硫系统的工艺流程、特点,以及在实际工程设计中应注意的要点,探讨了无旁路脱硫系统调试过程中需要重点检查的事项,并提出了异常情况的处理方法。

Power plant flue gas desulphurization system without bypass designing and debugging
Abstract:With the improvement of environmental requirements in our country,FGD system eliminated bypass has become the trend in coal-fired power plants.The design and debug program of the coal-fired power plant FGD system without bypass were described,the process characteristics of the desulfurization system without bypass were explained,as well as the main points should be noted in practical engineering design.Finally the examination of the issues needs to focus on during the desulfurization system without bypass commissioning process was introduced and the handling of exceptions was proposed.
