电除尘器前端预荷电技术研究

摘    要:电除尘器前端主要是指进口喇叭及进气烟道,在进口喇叭内设置预荷电电场,可以保证气流均匀进入电场的同时,对粉尘进行荷电、凝并,起到一级预收尘的作用,以增加收尘面积,提高除尘器的除尘效率。通过分析Indigo烟道凝聚器、进口喇叭内置电场技术、电除尘器中粉尘预荷电试验研究及国内专利技术成果基础上,提出电除尘器进口喇叭内预置电场技术,并取得比较好的应用效果。

The research of Electrostatic Precipitation frontend pre-charging technology
Abstract:Electrostatic Precipitation frontend refers mainly to the flue gas inlet trumpet pipe and inlet stack.Through arranged pre-charging electric field in the inlet trumpet pipe,the uniform airflow into the electric field can be guaranteed,while the dust can be charged and coagulated at the same time.It can increase the dust collection area,improve the dust efficiency by applied the above method.Through the analysis of Indigo coagulator,ESP dust pre-charging experiment and domestic patents,the ESP inlet trumpet pipe within a preset electric field technology is presented.Its industrial application has been done and achieved better effect.
