超临界锅炉受热面管内氧化皮的防治措施研究

摘    要:目前,超临界锅炉受热面管内氧化皮生成、脱落的防治一直是国内外安全生产的技术难题。针对锅炉受热面管内氧化皮的生成、脱落的成因及其造成的安全隐患进行了详细分析,并结合多年的生产实践经验,配合实例介绍了相应的防治措施,对同类电厂超临界锅炉受热面管内氧化皮的处理提供了一定参考。

Research on supercritical boiler heating surface oxide skin preventing and controling measures
Abstract:At present,the forming and losing of supercritical boiler heating surface oxide skin is always a difficult problem to the safety production at home and abroad. The reason of the formation and fal ing off of boiler heat-ing surface oxide skin and its potential hazards are analyzed in detail in this article. Combined with the authorˊs several years of experience in the production practice,the corresponding prevention measures are introduced with the examples. lt provides certain references to the handling of supercritical boiler heating surface oxide skin of similar power plants.
