| Abstract: | From policy of energy - saving and emission - reduction in 11 th five - years in China, some characteristics about the small thermal power units that has been shut down has been analysis, including shut capacity, unit scope,distribution region and so on,as well as effects of the saving -energy and environmental protection. On the basis,the final shut capacity has been estimated in 11th five -years in China. And some relevant conclusion and some suggestion have been provided from practice |
