| 摘 要： | 废弃电器电子产品处理与再利用项目大多已经进入产业建设阶段，需要对于建设规模、处置能力和工艺技术等方面进行深入研究。结合对于产业概况和废弃物特点的研究，就项目建设中的若干要点进行分析，并就冰箱保温层、阴极射线管和废弃印制电路板等特异性处置对象的处理与再利用提出建设性意见。

| Abstract: | Most of e-waste recycling projects have been constructing in this period.It is important to make intensive research on the treatment scope,capacity and technology.Based on the general situation of industrial development and the characters of e-waste,this paper analyzed some key points on the project construction of e-waste recycling,and gave some constructive opinions for treatment and reuse of specific e-wastes,such as refrigerator’s insulating layer,CRT,PCB,etc. |
