| 摘 要： | 比较了研磨法和超声法测定浮游植物叶绿素a结果表明，丙酮一超声法对浮游植物叶绿素a的萃取效率优于研磨法，人为误差小、精密度较高、且简便安全。

| Abstract: | The comparative study on grinding extraction and acetone-ultrasound extraction in the determination of Chlorophyll-a was conducted.It was found that compared to the standard grinding method,the acetone-ultrasound method had the improvements of artificial error,high precision,operational simplicity and safety. |
