摘    要:通过土培和水培试验,研究了柠檬酸对小麦吸收铜的影响.土培结果表明:柠檬酸对土壤中的铜有一定的活化能力,使土壤中生物有效性的铜含量提高,从而提高了小麦中铜的含量,并且表明茎叶中的元素铜含量一般比根中的铜含量要低.水培结果表明:柠檬酸对小麦积累铜存在"高抑低促"的生物效应.

Abstract:The culture experiment was carried out to study the effect of citric acid on mobility of Cu in yellow - brown earth and its adsorption by wheat, especially on Cu content in stem and leaves. Result showed that the application of citrate acid enhanced mobility of Cu in soil and increased the concentrations of available Cu in the soil. Cu in the stems and leaves was lower than in the roots. The experiment of hydroponit were conducted to investigate the copper toxicity in the growth of wheat seedlings. The results showed that low concentration of citric acid increased the bioaccumulation values of Cu in wheat; when the concentration of citric acid was higher than a certain value, the bioaecumulation values decreased.
