| 摘 要： | 生活垃圾是地球上唯一在增长的资源，所以称为是放错了地方的资源。因此，从调查研究入手，介绍了启东农村生活垃圾处理现状，处置中存在的问题，并提出了农村处置生活垃圾的具体措施和加强常效管理的对策。
