| Abstract: | The paper summarized the recent literature of studying the technology of water treatment using the bipolar packed bed cell (BPBC) and the applied technology of three dimensional electrode. It summed up the characters, basic principle and the applied status of the technology, and put forward problems in the research of BPBC and the development orientation of researching BPBC in the future. |
