| Abstract: | Being discharged into the water body, municipal domestic sewage has severely affected the use value of water resources. Being short of water, afforestation in many places of desert regions has failed. This paper puts forward a tentative plan that municipal domestic sewage should be diverted nearby to irrigate the forest for harnessing desert and preventing desertification. Through economics and environmental effect, it also gives a minute exposition that the new plan occupies a dominant position comparatively. |
