摘    要:采用微乳法制备铁掺杂TiO2纳米晶(Fe-TiO2)复合体, 通过热重-差热(TG-DTA)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和紫外漫反射光谱(DRS)等对其结构和形态进行表征; 以亚甲基蓝溶液(MB)为标准模拟降解物, 对Fe-TiO2, 纯TiO2和P25光催化降解性能进行评价。结果表明,Fe-TiO2的光催化活性明显>P25,原因是Fe掺杂不仅能抑制TiO2晶粒

Abstract:Nanocrystalline Fe-TiO_2 composites were prepared by the miniemulsion method.The obtained photocatalysts were characterized by thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA),x-ray diffraction (XRD),scan electronic microphotograph (SEM) and diffuse reflection spectrum(DRS).Photoactivities of FeTiO_2,TiO_2 and P25 were evaluated by degradation of methylene blue (MB) under UV irradiation.The results show that the photoactivity of Fe-TiO_2 is more than that of P25.This is attributed to the fact that the addition of Fe not only retains crystalline growth,improves thermostabilities and surface areas of Fe-TiO_2,but also shifts the excited wavelength of TiO_2 to visible light regions,produces the high content of Ti~(3+) ions and decreases recombination ratio of photo-generated current carrier.
